Communication: pupils will be encouraged and will be providied with the opportunity to communicate with staff and peers, using their preferred form of communication.
Independence: dressing/undressing, toileting and self-care skills.
Independence: preparing snacks and exploring new foods, textures and smells.
EHCP: pupils will work on all of their individual targets, which will be incorporated into our everyday learning experiences.
Forest School: we will participate in lots of whole class activities - developing waiting, turn taking and sharing.
Life Skills: we will develop an understanding of winning and losing and begin to accept that we will not always win or be first.
Maths: we will focus on number skills and data handling this term and incorporate into everyday life skills.
English: our book, this half term is "Somebody Swallowed Stanley". We will be exploring the different sea creatures and making our own story boxes, using recycled items.
Topic: "Reduce, reuse, recycle". We will be making our reusable bags and explore lots of different textures and materials.
PE: Autumn 1 - ball skills. We will explore passing, dribbling, kicking and participating in a small game.
Autumn 2 - gymnastics. We will develop our gross motor skills by travelling on and over small and large apparatus.

Friday: Fuzzy Buzzies and cooking - £1 voluntary contribution
