The development of Coppice Farm and Gardens has gone from strength to strength over the past year.
This area is used every day as part of the curriculum, with links to Science, horticulture, animal care and work experience. The pupils benefit hugely from working outside, building life skills and spending time with the animals.
The farm and gardens encourage wildlife, and our animals include goats, chickens, guinea fowl, a goose, rabbits and guinea pigs.
Our vision is to become an “eco school” that is part of the community, with gardens, allotments, a mini-farm, an outdoor classroom and a café that is open to the public, we are fundraising to further develop this area so that it is the very best for our pupils.
