Here at Coppice School, Post 16 students are running our own enterprise, we are designing and making excellent products to sell. Choose from a selection of personalised frames, great for special occasions or just as a gift. We use scrabble letters, pebble art or felt.
We make our own wax melts, there are lots of different scents. Our wax melts change, we currently have
Winter Berries, Ocean Breeze, Gingerbread, Vanilla, Cotton Fresh, Grapefruit, Sweeties and Strawberry.
Wax burners may differ to those shown on the website, Wax Burner comes with 4 melts and 2 tealight candles

We collect waste paper from around the school, soak it and then use a brick maker to make paper bricks. These can be used on chimeneas and open fires.

A brilliant way of recycling empty crisp packets and helping homeless people. This project was started in Hastings, we think it is really good.
The crisp packets are washed, dried and ironed to make sheets, then covered in plastic sheeting and turned into bivvy bags or survival blankets which are so useful for people living on the streets in wet conditions.
A bivvy bag uses 150 crisp packets which are ironed together and takes quite a bit of time, here are some of the steps we take:
