All pupils in the secondary provision are able to have their work accredited through AQA unit awards if it fits in with their personalised curriculum and if it is thought to be purposeful.
31 pupils achieved at least 1 AQA unit award in 18-19.
Pupils who are working at National Curriculum Levels (Entry level 1 and above) in KS4/ 5 (occasionally KS3) have their Maths and English skills accredited through Edexcel Functional Skills. Pupils also take internal diagnostic assessments, if we feel they are able to sit exams in Maths and English, so that we can support them to meet their goals.
Other skills are assessed through 'Prince's Trust - Achieve Programme'.
There are currently 17 pupils working on this Further Education/ Employment pathway.
