Our school priorities are informed by a number of factors, including, the views of the pupils, parents and carers, the in-depth knowledge our staff have of our pupils and meeting their needs, knowing our school inside out - including our strengths and areas of development and how collating all of this information, can bring positive changes, to achieve the best outcomes for all of our pupils.
Each of our teachers, HLTAs and Cover Supervisors are on a change team. We have four change teams, that work towards the whole school development priorities. Teams and individuals are challenged on how they have supported the school in making progress towards the schools goals and priorities.
